I worked as a Senior Designer, creating branding and marketing materials that kept the company’s visuals consistent across web, social, and print. I designed campaign assets, ads, and social media graphics to increase engagement. I also built templates to speed up workflows and improve efficiency. Working closely with the marketing team, I made sure designs aligned with business goals and brand strategy.

Homepage redesign

I worked on redesigning the ETF Stream homepage by improving the user experience to build more trust with our audience. This involved improving navigation and optimising landing pages to help users quickly find relevant content and make informed decisions about what to read.

I also focused on increasing our revenue by improving our advertising capabilities and performance, including making the most of billboard ad space.

In order to increase engagement and click-through rates, I prioritised creating engaging landing pages that give users a preview of the content they are about to read.

The website's landing page is outdated with low engagement.

To drive more users to the website to increase revenue and to bring it in line with the current brand.

Social Media refresh

Researched into current trends to understand how to effectively deliver content in a short form. Optimised profile visuals, ensuring they align with current trends while capturing the essence of our brand.

Designing attention-grabbing content posts involved synthesizing information into concise and visually compelling formats, catering to the preferences of our audience.

Developed branded visual templates based on insights from research, creating a consistent and impactful visual language across our social media platforms.

Problem

Social media channels have low engagement and not on brand.

Goal

To drive more users to the social channels.

I brought the monthly magazine, ETF Insider, in line with the core branding, it was necessary to ensure consistency in the overall look and feel.

The magazine had moved from the brand’s visual identity, which led to the creation of a comprehensive brand guidelines document.

This effort ensured that all products and events offered by ETF Stream followed the established brand standards, effectively bringing the brand’s image together across multiple platforms and strengthening its identity in the market.

Recently, we integrated Ceros into our workflow to enhance the delivery of digital content, aiming to distinguish our brand from competitors.

Currently, our special reports are presented in traditional PDF format, which has not yielded the desired engagement. Over the past three months, I have dedicated efforts to revamp layouts and structures to elevate the user experience for all in-house reports.

This platform has not only facilitated a more engaging reading experience but has also provided opportunities to explore additional ad spaces, thereby boosting revenue from sponsorships.

I made it a priority to design memorable experiences that would give maximum brand exposure. To achieve this, I ensured that all event elements were structured consistently to maintain brand consistency and reinforce our identity.

Using a mixture of patterns and imagery, I created a thematic approach to the event design, enhancing its visual appeal and creating a cohesive brand narrative. Also, I focused on crafting visually appealing and cohesive design elements for signage, promotional materials, and digital assets.

This helped ensure that our brand identity was seamlessly integrated throughout the event, amplifying brand recognition and leaving a lasting impression on attendees.
